Refund & Cancellation Policy

This policy applies to Bitcoin Advisory private education sessions and other paid offerings sold directly through this website, unless a specific product page says otherwise.

Third-party products, merchandise, partner offers, affiliate links, app stores, exchanges, wallets, payment pages, and external services may have their own refund, return, cancellation, and support policies. Review those third-party policies before purchasing from them.

Private education sessions are intended for educational Bitcoin questions. After you submit your intake context, Bitcoin Advisory may review whether the session is a good fit before the meeting.

If the requested help falls outside the educational scope, appears to require financial, legal, tax, accounting, investment, security, or other professional advice, creates a conflict, or is otherwise not a good fit, Bitcoin Advisory may cancel the session and refund the payment before the session takes place.

If you need to change your session time, use the manage-booking link in your confirmation email when it is available.

Rescheduling is generally preferred over cancellation when possible. Available times may be limited, and a session can no longer be managed from the link after certain status or timing changes.

You may cancel a session using the manage-booking link in your confirmation email when that link is available. Cancelling removes the calendar event, but it does not automatically guarantee an immediate refund.

Refunds after cancellation are reviewed separately. Bitcoin Advisory may approve, deny, or partially approve a refund depending on timing, preparation already completed, payment-provider rules, suspected abuse, and the specific circumstances.

If you miss a scheduled session, arrive late, provide incorrect contact details, or fail to use the meeting information provided, Bitcoin Advisory may treat the session as completed or non-refundable.

Bitcoin Advisory may, at its discretion, offer a reschedule or partial refund in unusual circumstances, but missed sessions are not automatically refundable.

Approved refunds are processed through the original payment provider where possible. For card payments, Stripe or your bank may take several business days to post the refund to your statement after it has been issued.

Bitcoin Advisory cannot control bank, card network, payment-provider, currency-conversion, or third-party processing timelines.

Payments are for educational time, preparation, and related materials. They are not a guarantee of any financial result, investment performance, tax treatment, custody setup, security outcome, business result, or third-party product experience.

Dissatisfaction with Bitcoin price movements, market conditions, third-party tools, taxes, fees, exchange policies, wallet issues, or decisions you make before or after a session is not, by itself, a basis for a refund.

Digital products, guides, downloads, premium content, and similar materials may be non-refundable once delivered or accessed, unless a product page states otherwise or applicable law requires a different result.

If you believe you purchased the wrong item, experienced a technical delivery problem, or were charged in error, contact Bitcoin Advisory so the issue can be reviewed.

If there is a billing issue, contact Bitcoin Advisory first so it can be reviewed and, where appropriate, resolved quickly.

Bitcoin Advisory may suspend access to paid services, future bookings, downloads, or related support while a chargeback, payment dispute, fraud review, or unresolved billing issue is pending.

Bitcoin Advisory may update this Refund & Cancellation Policy from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised date.
